Find your Paredo controls

Open Paredo on a supported QuickBooks screen to choose which optional elements appear. The switch at the top turns Paredo off for that screen. Subscription controls appear below the display options in the same scrollable menu.

Restore a purchase

Open Paredo in QuickBooks Online, select Restore paid access, and use the same email as your purchase. Complete the provider’s email login, then refresh QuickBooks Online and select Refresh status if needed. Display preferences are local to each Chrome profile and do not transfer with the purchase.

Cancel or request a refund

Select Manage subscription in Paredo to stop future renewals. Uninstalling does not cancel your subscription. For a full refund within 30 days of purchase or renewal, email support from the purchase email. Full subscription terms.

If a page looks wrong

Turn off Paredo for that screen to return to the native layout. Tell us the affected screen, extension version and what you expected to happen. Screenshots are optional: redact balances, names, account numbers and other private information before sending. Never send passwords, card details or authentication links.

What Paredo changes

Paredo adjusts the display of supported screens. Your accounting data remains in QuickBooks Online. Optional controls can be revealed, and display preferences are saved locally.
